This Montegallo Estate is located in the Marche region, in the municipality of Osimo.


The entire area lies along the side of the hill which extends from the residential centre of the neighbouring municipality of Offagna to the valley of the river Aspio.

This area is easily accessible through the main routes of communication; the provincial and motorway roads, the airlines, railways and shipping lines,

And locally there is the Conero Park, famous for its rich Mediterranean vegetation and its beaches of Portonovo, Sirolo, Numana and its centres of considerable cultural value such as Urbino, Recanati, Loreto, Ascoli and Osimo, a rich territory both of its landscape and the historical-cultural treasures.

The Estate has an large area of about 90 hectares: of which some 25 hectares are flat land, whilst the remaining part is hilly.There is a large pond of about 6,000 square meters, useful both for irrigation and fishing. The property is served by electricity, water, telephone and natural gas.
In addition there are 5 farmhouses (yet to be restored) giving a total area of about 2,600 square meters.
